BOOKING OF COACH / EXTRA CHARGES

Written acceptance of quotation is mandatory.
25% deposit payable upon confirmation.
Balance payment due minimum 3 days before travel date.
Provide detailed itinerary when requesting quote. Pricing is mileage dependent - extra charges apply if actual mileage exceeds original itinerary.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is less than 30 days before booking date
Cancellations prior to 30 days incur a 25% handling fee
Cancellation on travel day requires payment of full outstanding amount

ACCOMMODATION

StarLuxe is not responsible for passenger accommodation at destinations
No overnight sleeping in vehicles permitted
No cooking or meal preparation allowed in vehicles
No bathing in coach toilets
Driver accommodation and meals are client's responsibility unless otherwise stated

SUBSTANCE ABUSE

Strict no smoking policy in all vehicles
Alcohol prohibited on all coaches
Passengers using drugs/alcohol face legal action
Damage from smoking/alcohol is client's responsibility
No liability for injuries from intoxication

DAMAGES & LIABILITY

Not liable for incidents from road conditions or weather delays
Additional costs from diversions are client's responsibility
Not responsible for lost/damaged luggage due to passenger negligence

BREAKDOWNS

Mechanic dispatched from nearest location for breakdowns
Replacement vehicle provided if repairs are delayed
Unauthorized arrangements by client make them liable for all costs
No liability for alternate transport/hotels arranged without consent
